Refund policy
At Botanica International, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. We take pride in providing high-quality products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please follow our returns policy outlined below.
1. Reporting an Issue
All complaints regarding product quality or condition must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Please send your complaint to our customer service team at enquiries@botanica.ie, including:
- A brief description of the issue.
- Photographic evidence of the product in question.
2. Returns Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are only eligible for products that:
- Are unused and in their original packaging (except for cases where the product itself is damaged or defective).
- Have been reported to us within 24 hours of delivery as per the guidelines above.
3. Refunds and Replacements
Once we have received and reviewed your complaint, we will contact you to discuss the appropriate solution, which may include:
- A replacement product.
- A refund to your original payment method.
- Store credit, where applicable.
Please note, Botanica International reserves the right to approve or deny refund or replacement requests at our discretion.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. In these cases, we will cover any necessary return shipping fees.
