Persistent Scratching on Bulls. Botanica Herbal Wash and Cream are very effective to treat persistent scratching in Bulls. We washed the bulls with cold water to remove dirt etc, and the following day soaked the skin with Botanica Cleansing Wash. It stopped the scratching immediately and washing every ten days prevented any more scratching. Botanica's Healing Power Works For Cattle. We have been using the Botanica range of products for more than 2 years and found them very effective in treating a wide variety of skin cnditions. They promote the healing of wounds and general skin conditions in horses. Hi, my name is Angela and I have a 16 year old Palomino Gelding. He had an unfortunate fall in July of this year. He fell down a 10 foot drop and landed on his back. He is lucky to be alive!
